Online Mail

A warning to clients that they may be automatically switched from paper mail to email.  They MUST check their email (and junk mail) regularly for emails from Canada Revenue Agency.  We do not get a copy of their correspondence so they MUST forward it to us if they want us to deal with it.

The Sender will be Canada Revenue Agency/Agence du Revenu du Canada  and the subject will be New Mail from Canada Revenue Agency/nouveau courrier de l'agence du revenu du Canada.

This mail is NOT A SCAM. Clients MUST deal with it.
If you want to switch back to paper mail, you must either:

  • Log into your CRA My Account and change your preference to mail OR

  • Complete form RC681 and submit to the Canada Revenue Agency.
